David J. Heekin is a Jacksonville native and the owner and president Landmark Title and Heekin Law. Immediately upon being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, Mr. Heekin opened his own law firm and began practicing residential and commercial real estate. Under his guidance, Heekin Law has grown to become a statewide firm and has expanded its practice to include real estate and contract litigation, as well as probate and estate planning. As president of Landmark Title, Mr. Heekin directs a team of over 100 employees performing closings all across the state of Florida. Landmark has been the #1 market share title company in Northeast Florida since 2013 and has recently opened offices in Clearwater, Tampa, and South Florida, with plans to open several more offices in major cities in Florida over the next few years.
