James L. Pearce, a native North Carolinian, is a licensed civil engineer and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. He has resided in the Jacksonville area since 1992 and has been practicing law in the area of residential and commercial real estate since 2009. He represents buyers and sellers in closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to closings, he assists business owners with company formations, contract formation and reviews, and preparing and reviewing commercial leases; he represents Landlords in developing leases and forming LLC holding companies, and he has worked with several eminent domain cases.
