Caroline Nichols is a Jacksonville native and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2002. Her legal practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate representing buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate developers, landlords, tenants, and condominium and homeowners’ associations.
Prior to joining Landmark, Ms. Nichols practiced real estate law with the local law firms Pappas Metcalf Jenks & Miller, P.A., and Jimerson & Cobb, P.A., and served as in-house counsel for a boutique real estate development group. Additionally, Ms. Nichols served as a Professor at Florida Coastal School of Law where she taught Property Law, Residential Real Estate Transactions, and Transactional Drafting.
