Chris Leddy grew up in Stuart, Florida and graduated the University of South Florida in 2011 with a degree in Political Science and History, and a minor in Marketing. After graduating, Chris worked for two years in local government at the Martin County Supervisor of Elections office. After the 2012 election, Chris set his sights on law school and moved away to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2013. After graduating and passing the bar, Chris founded Heritage Law Firm in 2017 and focused his practice on estate planning, guardianships, trust administration, and probate. Chris takes pride in a “client-first” approach where he’s able to assist clients leverage their options to maximize their wealth in order to preserve their legacy for future generations. One of the most important lessons Chris has learned is that failing to properly plan one’s estate causes immense stress and heartache for loved ones. To quote Saint John Paul the Great, “The future starts today, not tomorrow.”
On a personal note, Chris is married to the love of his life, Macy. The two live in St. Johns, Florida with their beautiful children, Kinsley, Kennedy, Brady and Charlotte, and their dog Daisy. Chris and Macy are active parishioners at San Juan del Rio Catholic Church and in his free time he enjoys strength training, golfing, boating, fishing, and being a present father for his kids. Chris views his Catholic faith as the foundation for his family, life, and career.
